Yonge/ Sheppard store is great. So is Kade wow I've only seen her maybe twice and she remembers what I like and also recommend something. I really like it. Great store and staff.

Super helpful people around here they always welcome with a big smile and make sure you walk out with a big smile. People here are highly knowledgeable about the products. The brown dude i guess his name is Jee, as always he’s super helpful in recommending the best flavors. I've been shopping here for a while, never had any problems or issues with the products or their recommendations.

Undoubtedly the premier vape store in town. The customer service is top-notch, earning a grade-A rating. The staff always goes above and beyond to fulfill your specific needs, be it a vape or juice. They take great care to ensure that you not only find something you love but also have a fun and memorable shopping experience. They have an extensive selection of vapes, disposables, juices, and more. I always find myself just wandering around the store looking at all the stuff they have. 180 has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an online order at 3:15pm. I quickly realized I made a mistake on my order and emailed them at 3:25pm to correct it. That's 10min after my online order was placed. I then received an email back from them at 3:35pm telling me my order had been picked up already by Canada post. I double checked their shipping policy and if the order isn't received by 1pm it would be shipped the next day. Therefore they were to lazy to help me fix my order and just said to do an exchange when I get my shipment. I will never shop with this company again and I will share my experience with everyone I know.
